Privacy Policy

EVIS is provided by the CRCNA for our member Churches, Classis, Boards, and related groups.  EVIS uses Google accounts for authorizing/identifying users. This means EVIS requires your permission to communicate with your Google account.

EVIS uses the bare minimum of permissions required to run:

-See your email address (So it knows who you are, verifying you have permission to use EVIS and the various functions like voting and speaker queue)

-Connect to an external service (EVIS connects to a Google Firebase database to store settings, votes, attendance, etc)

This is all your account is used for.  CRCNA does not sell your information or use it for any other purpose.
